Welcome to 5th Grade! My name is Tyson Hollyfield and I am so excited to be your new math & science teacher here at Williams Elementary. I graduated from Texas State with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have lived in Round Rock for twenty years, and I love it here. I am married to my wonderful wife Katie, and I have three amazing daughters, Hailey 16, Hadley 14 and Hartley 10, who all continually help me be a better teacher. I love spending time with my family, being involved in my church and sports. My dream has always been to be a teacher. My passion is to build strong relationships with my students so I can help them meet all their academic goals. I want to cultivate a love for learning in my students, and I'm always looking for fun ways to teach math. I believe with all my heart that this will be an amazing year!
Hello, I am Mr. Williams, your 5th-grade science and social studies teacher. As much as I would like it to be true, Williams Elementary is not named after me. I have been here since it opened, however. I am originally from Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa. I have been married to my wife, Leigha, for 18 years and we have a 15-year-old daughter named Emery, and a 16-year-old son named Tate. My family loves to travel and hopes to hit all 50 states one day.
I have a YouTube channel where I post at least three videos a week of read-alouds with silly voices, sound effects, and music.
This year we will have a lot of fun doing hands-on science activities in the classroom.
My Conference Time is from 8:40-9:25. If you need to get ahold of me, feel free to call 512-943-5000.
Classes: English Language Arts and Reading and Social Studies
Hello. I'm Mrs. Amber Andreano and I teach fifth grade English Language Arts and Reading at Williams Elementary. This is my eleventh year teaching and my second year serving at Williams.
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 with a degree in English Literature and a Professional Writing Certificate.
When I'm not teaching, I love to be with my family, go for walks, read books, watch movies, and laugh as much as possible.
