¡Hola y bienvenidos a segundo grado! Mi nombre es Sofia Restrepo y soy maestra bilingüe en Williams Elementary. Me gradué de la Universidad del Norte de Texas con una licenciatura en diseño de moda y más tarde descubrí mi verdadera pasión, que es la educación, y me certifiqué como maestra desde la primera infancia hasta el sexto grado. ¡Estoy muy emocionada de comenzar mi sexto año en el programa bilingüe de Georgetown ISD! Este es mi primer año en Williams, pero los último 5 años estuve en Cooper Elementary aquí en Georgetown. Enseñé en Kinder 2 años, y los último 4 he estado en segundo grado y me encanta.
Hello and welcome to second grade! My name is Sofia Restrepo and I am a bilingual teacher at Williams Elementary. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Fashion Design, and later discovered my true passion which is education and became certified as an Early Childhood through 6th grade teacher. I am so excited to start my sixth year in the Georgetown ISD Bilingual Program! This is my first year at Williams, but the last 5 years I've been at Cooper Elementary here in Georgetown. I taught Kindergarten for 2 years, and the last 3 I have been in second grade, and I love it!

Hello! I am Miranda Jinks. I have been teaching in Georgetown ISD for 4 years and this will be my second year teaching at Williams. Prior to teaching Second Grade, I taught Kindergarten for 2 years. I am so excited to teach second grade again this year!
I graduated from Texas State University in 2020 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. My family moved to Texas from Georgia when I was 5 and we moved around in Texas until we finally settled in Round Rock when I started 6th grade and have been there ever since! I enjoy being so close to Georgetown and having the opportunity to be involved in the community.
When I am not teaching, I love to attend local events with my family and friends, practice photography, and be outside!

Hi, I'm Ellen Birrell and I teach 2nd grade. This is my third year teaching at Williams Elementary School. Prior to WES, I taught social studies at middle schools in Austin and Round Rock. When I'm not teaching, planning, or grading, I like to spend time with my parents and volunteer at my church.
